We have purchased Washing machine as a gift to someone from Snehanjali Virar west on 30th June, 2024, Machine took more timing for washing clothes 1.45 hrs & same thing also informed to us by person who came for Demo(whirlpool), But while purchasing the product, The sales person of the store was not update any information from Snehanjali that machine took more time, still Machine was packed as it (not used) so we have requested Snehanjali (Mr. Dinesh Sevak) Manager of Snehanjali on 2nd July to replacement of the product,
but till today machine was not replaced every time they are giving only false statement to us, nor we receive any calls from their end. On monday 26th July, 2024 Mr. Vikil Bhagat from snehajali has informed us that everything was resolved & we will picked your product on Wednesday 31st July, 2024 from your place, & today we have called him for pickup status, now he is denying & changed his statement.
We are Continuously followup with Snehanjali, but no use.
Request you kindly help us in this, we have given this machine as a gift to relative, almost 1 month complete. Snehanjali is literally harassing the consumers.
Please help US.
Request you to take further action regarding the false statement with the customers as well not giving proper services.
