Status- replacement of television not yet done.
No one at the service centre as well as the dealer are able to confirm the day the television would be replaced.

The guys at the service centre are not sure when the set is going to be replaced, if there is no stock for the same i am willing to upgrade to a better model also.

The issue is with net related content, ( Playstore miracast not working )your technician had visited, and told me that the problem is with the software, but it could take more than a month to rectify it, which is not acceptable to me

    My name is vikram sonawane, i purchased a lg himalaya cooling air conditioner from shop no.412, sheet no.26, section 5&6, shivaji chowk ulhasnagar dist.Thane 421003, on 19 april 2015,
    when i purchased this product that time they told me that condencer and all its wireing or fitting is of copper and there is problem in my a/c, i called a technician he told me that your condenser is of alluminium(allloy) they cheated me and i cant afford the charges of repairs, that is about 7500 to 8000
    so please help me

      We had booked refrigerator on 5th june from Digi1 kalwa and had asked to deliver it on 18th june.but it is still not delivered and we keep getting response from them that it will get delivered in 1 hr or 2 hr after every call that we had made to them. We are extremely unhappy with their professionalism.It has still not been delivered and they are providing me the driver's number to contact him and ask for his whereabouts.Just to make it furthermore I even tried contacting the driver whose number was unreachable everytime.

        I would like to bring to your notice that we purchased a 1 ton Carrier split AC on the 4/4/16 and since the first day we have been facing cooling problems with it.

        We had informed the seller (Snehanjali - Nallasopara -West) about it . They came to check it and confirmed that its working fine despite of the fact that it doesn't give cooling as expected. Our room where it is installed is a 10 by 12 room. The technicians from Carrier also came thrice to check the fault and did everything in their capacity from topping up the gas to completely changing it. However, nothing worked. The room temperature maximum touches 22-24 degrees even after keeping the AC at 17 degrees for about 1 and half hours.

        We are not at all satisfied with this AC. It is very disappointing that after trusting this brand, we are not getting the value for our money. The seller gives vague reasons saying that it is because of the temperature rising so high during the summer season, we are not getting the expected cooling. I believe you buy AC to keep the temperature low during summers. They even said that we didn't tell them while buying the AC that our flat is at the top floor, otherwise they would have given us a 1.5 AC. However, we are very much sure that we did inform them about it. They cannot sell anything without asking the customer about his needs considering the fact that it would be a big hassle for the customer in terms of cooling.

        The salesman (Abhay) and the floor manager (Faiz) agreed to the fact that we had informed them about our room area and that we live at the top floor, after visiting the store thrice or four times. However, the salesman came up with other excuse that we had told him that we were satisfied with the 1 ton AC as our neighbor also has 1ton (other brand ) AC and it cools fine. We did tell them about our neighbor's AC after our 3rd visit to the store not while buying the AC.

        The store manager later agreed that it is their salesman fault and he should have sold us a 1.5 ton AC. However, he said that it is not in his limit to have the AC exchanged for a 1.5 ton AC and you will have to go to the Head office in Mira Road and speak with Ashok Patil (Customer Service Manager) about this.

        We went to Mira Road office and spoke with Ashok Patil and one more lady manager who looks into replacements. They both listened to us and also called Faiz in front o[censored]s, who agreed over the phone (speaker phone) that it was their salesman's (Abhay )fault. The lady manager then went to speak with the Head of Snehanjali (Kanhaiya). She explained the matter to him and came to us saying that you will have to sort this with Faiz the floor manger and they won't help us. She then again called Faiz and put him over the speaker phone and then Faiz said that they are saying that they will cut the AC cost from his salary as the AC is already installed and they won't be able to sell it again. He (faiz) said that you can sort this legally but I won't b be able to help you. The lady manager and Ashok Patil asked us to leave and told us they will speak with the head (Kanhaiya) once gain and asked us to give them 2 days time.

        We then got a call from Ashok Patil and he told us that the lady manger has spoken with the head and he is not ready to exchange the AC for a 1.5 ton AC. Till now none of these phone conversations were recorded. We later (my brother and me) installed call recorder on our phones and then again called Ashok Patil to have him agree on the call that it was their salesman's fault. He has agreed their salesman's fault on 2 phone conversations with me and my brother.

        I have also attached these phone recordings along with this email.

        We have come to you as we are not getting help from either the seller or from Carrier at all. The Carrier contact center is a complete waste of time. They just know one thing to do i.e sending the technician to check the AC. They are saying that you have to speak with Snehanjali about it as they installed the AC and not the Carrier people. When the Snehanjali people had come to install the AC, even they came to know about our room area and that we live at the top floor. When we told Snehanjali about it, they said that these technicians don't know much about it, however, they agreed that those techinicians were working from years at Snehanjali. The Carrier technicians also said that Snehanjali is not allowed to send their people to install the AC and you have been cheated in this. We wanted the AC to install sooner and so they said if you want the AC to be installed sooner, we can send our technicians. If we knew that they were not allowed by the Carrier people to install the AC, we would have said no in the first place.


        We believe that we have been a victim of complete misselling and we should get our AC replaced with a 1.5 to ton AC from the seller (Snehanjali), for which we are ready to pay the price difference. Please help us get justice. We have heard a lot about you and hope that you will sort this for us.

          Hi,

          I have purchased Goderej 2 door refrigerator from Snehanjali from 3 dyas back.
          We have already asked if it doesn't fit area of home, then you need to replace it.That time they agreed. Also door key is also not working. They are giving only reasons & asking us to visit on this & this time . We have paid all money in cash, inspite of ordering refrigerator we are not able to use it till now. My mom personally visited the shop 4 times. I called their customer care, no one is providing clear idea .Nothing really frustrated with all this.

          Kindly let me know how I can proceed further.
          I Rajesh Sarkar had purchased a samsung washing machine from Snehanjali Kandivali on 8th April 2016. The machine which was promised to be delivered on 10th was never done. I visited the shop 4 times asking for either the machine or refund. Every time they asked for 2 more days. Pathetic staff, service and phone lines.
          Salesperson misguided buy a HP Laptop. telling me 999rs paid extra offer 1st antivirus, 2nd 3year extra warranty & 3rs bluetooth speaker.but not commitment done agashi roadvirar west. sales person name is Mr. Mangesh phone no. [protected] & he transfer near vijay sales snehanjali.

            Dear Madam,


            As a Customer of Snehanjali I would like to bring to your kind notice the following.

            On Sunday 8th Nov 2015 at 17.10.36 hrs. I had booked a Cruise 1 Ton Split Air Conditioner from your Opera House Branch. Dr. Mulchandani was at the store and I had left my mobile number with Ms.Ruchita to be given to Dr. Mulchandani to call me later, as he was very busy. I have still not recd any call from Dr. (as he claims his name is.)

            I paid Rs.15999/- by dr.Card (Considered as Cash) vide Ref: # E521018 for ORD1564969. This was in Exg. of my Old 1.5 Ton Voltas Split A/c and without Installation charges of the NEW. Subsequently we decided not to exg our old A/c and paid the difference of Rs.3000/- on[protected] at 17.42.03 hrs vide Voucher # BNR1620521. At this point of time I requested the person concerned to change the Model to CRGG 33 ULTRA Split 1 (one) Ton and offered to pay the difference if any.

            Yesterday I had gone to the Show-Room at around 5 pm to find the status of my order when I met Mr. Imran who was at the Cash Counter. I was explained that the Model I require is not in your List. On this I requested Mr. Imran to arrange for the refund or arrange for my required Model. He promised to pass on my message to Mr. Paios as it was Mr. Paios's weekly Off. On my repeated query for the refund (in the event of Non Availability of the Model required by me) Mr. Imran also informed me that it might take about a week or so without any deductions.

            Under the above circumstances I request your esteemed Company (Snehanjali - A Big Name) to either arrange & Deliver the required Model (which is available with the Delite Refrigeration Co. on a difference of Rs.1300/-) or Refund the Full amount of Rs.18, 990/- at the earliest. However kindly confirm the receipt of this mail as soon as you receive, by making a call to [protected].

              On Sunday, October 18, 2015, I purchased three items from Snehanjali Retail Pvt. Ltd., Amboli branch, i.e.: Refrigerator, Washing Machine and Mixer Grinder for which I had made full payment and the delivery date of these items was October 19, 2015.
              Of the three items purchased, I got delivery of Refrigerator and Washing Machine only. They did not delivery me the Mixer Grinder. Despite regular followup they have not sent me delivery of the Mixer Grinder. Now they have even stopped taking my phone calls.

                I had purchased an Godrej AC from Snehanjali Electronics, Virar East branch, within two months the remote stopped functioning. I complaint against it at Snehanjali outlet, after two days I called back to check about my complaint, the operator said there is no complaint logged and i'll have to come to the store with bill to lodge a complaint. After going to the store & lodging the complaint I never received feedback & so after two days I again called to check, at that time I was told that the vendor would come & replace the faulty remote. The technician visited my house and checked the remote & told me that the remote would be replaced & but it will take 10 days as the same remote is not available with them. It been 45 days & I have not yet received the remote. I called up the vendor(Mr Sachin, Boisar) but he keeps giving fake promises & say it would be delivered today, would be delivered tomorrow... I called up snehanjali to lodge a fresh complaint, & the answer that I got was, "Abhi sir khana kha rahe hai, baad main phone karo." My question here is: Does snehanjali even understand the meaning of customer service??? Y did the vendor(Mr Sachin) giving fake promises? Is it so difficult to arrange for a faulty remote to the customer who has purchased products worth 50k????

                    On 10/05/2015, I booked a RO water purifier of Kent from M/s Snehanjali Retail Pvt. Ltd. - Vasai (East). Since i wanted RO water purifier for my Home Invoice no. K980412 dated 10.05.2015 of Rs. 15, 000/-. i received delivery of the product on 11/05/2015 and assemble on 12/05/2015 at my home, after lot of followup, company Representative visited my home on 12/05/2015 for checking for faulty product . When he checked the product, he told my family this product is faulty. I refused to accept the product as since beginning I want replacement of this product . Now, no one from Snehanjali or Kent is giving me any commitment on date / time when the product will be replaced. My money is blocked since 10/05/2011 and I am feeling cheated.                         Hi, On 2/3/15 we have purchased Videocon Washing Machine - Model code VS60A11 - from Snehanjali. But they delivered Videocon washing machine with Model code VS60B11 which does not have features such as Buzzer. After the complaint to Customer care of Videocon we come to know that the model we have received wrong model. After complaining personally to Snehanjali Sr. Sales Manager took the copy of Invoice said they will get back to us by 9/03/2015, after calling them they still say they will get back to us.                               Dear Sir / Madam, I was insulted and humiliated by a staff named Mukesh at Snehanjali Electronics. It is the incident of 12th Aug 2014 when I went Snehanjali Electronics, SV Road Malad west's showroom to inquire about a 42" LED TV. I was interested in knowing about Sony Brand but they abused Sony company and started promoting other brands which I was not interested in. Later after some time Mukesh the representative of Snehanjali asked me to show my cell phone to him which I handed over to him. He was forcing me to open the screen lock and give him my phone to him which was refused by me as I have important phone number, photo of family members, bank secured messages so I could not hand over my secured item in some one's hand whom I don't even know. So I refused to give him after he repeated forcing in front of all the staffs. There was no floor supervisor or manager to stop this incident. Then he asked me where I stay and asked me for my photo id proof. When I said that I do not have it at the moment he said my staff will go with you at your home and will check your id proof and residence proof at your home. He even called a boy from the staff and asked him to go with me at my home. After we left and reached few meters away the boy going with me was called back and was said that we do not want to verify anything and you can go now as we had a doubt that you might be a representative from Sony. My Questions - Is this the way a customer is treated? I wanted to know about Sony but was referred to other brand instead of which I was interested in. I was asked for my cell phone which has a bank application which does not needs login for Balance it's of ING Vysya Bank. I have some personal message which contains Login id and passwords, also family photos and videos, Contact numbers and chatting history with family and friends. What was the motive behind asking my secured device forcefully? Why did no senior management involved in between and stopped him when this was going on? Why was I asked to leave without given any additonal information for my inquiry. Does this happens with everyone, Did he want to make any call or send any message from my cell to someone with a crimal intention? What happens if a female customer visits alone do they do the same? Will I get a formal apology letter from Snehanjali Electronics after verifying all the details? Can I dispute for hurting me mentally and ask for a compensation for this insult? Can I lodge a complaint on this issue? I request for a quick and strict action against Snehanjali or the staff responsible for this and would like to know my option on it?                                 I have bought Refrigerator and the Actual Amount is 34,000 and it was wrongly deducted as Rs.35000.00
                                and it was agreed by the sales manager of Snehanjali Electronic & Appliance Pvt. Ltd, Mira Road, that Rs.1000 will be refunded.

                                They have not refunded Rs.1000 yet and even after several visits and requests..

                                Please, I advise your team to look into this matter seriously.

                                Snehanjali Nallasopara have given false commitment for the soundbar
                                I have take 3 products of samsung wort 153000 including 3 years warranty for my TV from zooper. Incident first I got my all three product on the other day one product was damaged I told want new ASAP tomorrow but he refused and along with the sad reply
                                I also said that I don't get the sound quality what I expected so told the sales man sushil maurya that I am not getting the sound as my brother in law has from boat it was only for 9000 and i have taken for 16000 just imagine
                                He replied wait till the technician comes he will do some settings and you will get the sound so I agreed because of faith the and when the Samsung technician came they connected all wires and mobile also but it was not satisfied i took almost 3 hours to just for the sound and they didn't make it. So I just want refund of my sound bar that's it 16000
                                Tv qled a60 Samsung and refrigerator 5in one samsung are fine.
                                The snehanjali staff was rude Mr Shashi sir and sushil maurya don't deserve to be sales representative or manger they don't know customer service or customer experience they only know about snehanjali and their job.
                                Because of this incident i have going through a mental trauma and went with ecg waiting for the refund let's see.

                                  I Dilip Vaman Marwadi had purchased an Aqua Swge - Water Purifier Model - Crystal from M/s Snehanjali Retail Pvt Ltd , the Electronic Planet , Tania Plaza, Station Road, Opp East West Fly Over, Nallasopara (West), Dist Thana - 401 203 , on January 25, 2011 for Rs.7,690/- . However, i was given a cash discount of Rs.390/-.therefore iI made a net payment of Rs.7,300/- by SBI Credit Card payment . I used the credit card for paying payment . The cashier swapped my card but
                                  While swaping the card , the cashier found a problem , therefore he made the same transaction void and gave me the void slip. Instead i paid the same amount in cash.

                                  I had received a Monthly Statement dated 16th May, 2012 of SBI Card, wherein it was found that the transaction dated 25th Jan,2012 of Snehaanjali Retail Pvt Thane for Rs.7,300/- was shown in the statement . I was very much surprised to see this transaction being made and money being deducted from my account.
                                  The Vendor had again re-submitted the old transaction slip of 25th Jan, 2011 of Rs.7,300/- to SBI Card and fraudulently changing its date as 25th January, 2012 and my account was got debited by Rs.7,300/- without my knowledge.
                                  When i met the Manager, Mr Pednekar of Snehanjali Retail of Nalasopara Office but he was not ready to listen to my complaint and was very rude while answering.

                                  i have got all the original documents supporting it.

                                    Hello,

                                    I purchased LG Refrigerator from Sehaanjali Electronic Located at Kandivali West in the month of March 2012. Since I Purchased so product was available but till now Dealer has not delivered the product stating that they do have product model available. So i contacted to LG Co sales Executive - He also Not able to satisfy me nor helped me to confirm product.

                                    I have already made the payment to dealer in March at (Gudipadwa day) with proper Invoice.

                                      I had purchased Sony LCD TV (KLV-32CX420) on 25/12/2011 and a DVD player (DAV - TZ 210) on 31/12/2011). Both these products were purchased from Snehanjali Retail Pvt Ltd whose address is :- Sheetal Snehanjali, Sheetal Nagar, Nr. Rasaaz Multiplex, Mira Road - East, Dist. Thane - 401103.
                                      Payment of the same was done at their other branch at Kandivali (West) as the same was near my residence.
                                      After almost 10 days, I went to their Kandivali (West) shop for collecting the product (as instructed by Mr. Darshan from Snehanjali, Mira Road), I was harassed by the staff (Mr. Irfan) as well as the manager of the staff stating they will not give the product to me and I have to follow up with the shop where I had placed the order. I had argued a lot, but all in vain. Not only this, I asked the manager of the shop to provide me the contact details of their owner (which as per RTI ACT, a customer has full rights), but the manager denied stating we will not give you any such details, you do whatever you want to.
                                      This was not enough, its been 6 months now and I have not received the bill as yet. I have been asking for it many times. The showroom person Mr. Darshan, is lingering the matter. Upon urging for the bill (which is my right), Mr. Darshan sent me a plain paper stating the details of the product, but the same has no signature or stamp to authenticate the same.
                                      I urge you to take up this matter with SONY INDIA as well as SNEHANJALI and provide me the ORIGINAL BILL as well as an APOLOGY letter from from Snehanjali for the harassement that I had to suffer.

                                      Hello every body,
                                      Please take Original bill from shop, If we pay the same amount for any product then why will not take the bill details, i saw there are so many shops are not giving Bill, So that i am very sad about it.

                                      SNEHANJALI SERVICE IS TOO LATE N POOR, N THE MANAGER OF VIRAR EAST SHOP IS VERY IRRESPONSIBLE, HE DONT KNOW HOW TO MANAGE HIS WORK, SO MANAGER KO BOLO JOB CHHOD KE GHAR PE BAITHE, FUKAT KA PAISA NA KHAYE
