Hi..
I bought sony tv on 01/05/2020 from titwala branch at the same time requested for installation service.
Sony service person came on 07/06/2020 for wall mounting but billing and tv serial number was different they refuse for installation and returned back.
At the same time i called dg1 complaining about same but didn't got satisfied replied and my problem still not solved.
Pls help me to whom should i contact for the same.

      The product quality was suspected on day 1.
      Used AC was sent. Next day again another piece was sent. Now no cooling within 1 year. Not expected from Daikin.
      Even no serviceman visited even after repeated complaints.
      I suspect Snehanjali sells Grey market products .

        I have purchased Voltas AC (model 123VDZX INV3) agaist invoice no. 2095/HT/19-20 form Snehanjali Electronics, Pen and the first service as due in first week of February 2020 for which i i have raised the request personally on 20th Jan 2020, second request i have raised on 7th Feb 2020 and since then i am following up with co

        Till date my AC in not serviced and and i was ask to do what ever i can do in my capacity to get the AC serviced.

        The language used by the Voltas executive at Shenajali, Pen was very arragant and disrespectful.

        Further, i request you to get the AC serviced in next three days or i will be forced to take appropriate action.

        Kindly look in the matter and do the needful.

            As you are aware this tv is a bad product. the repairing was done few months before by zepo technician. lcd screen was changed after one and half month. we contacted zepo tv. - mobile no. [protected]. Messaged invoice copy to her. The lady officer informed the original warranty has expired. She informed to contact dealer for extended warranty.             We approached your snehanjali dealer in savera heights malad west. Handed over copy of invoice to mr. Irfan. Snehanjali representative. He gave following no [protected] - mr raj. When we called him to discuss above problem. The person informed it is wrong no.

              I have one question am not purchase from sansui store (Am purchase through snehanjali) this is not customer fault

              This is totally sneanjali team fault

                एलईडी विकत घेताना सदर शोरूम ने मला एक वर्षाची एक स्टॅंडर्ड वॉरंटी किंमत 583 रुपये,
                टाटा एआयजी या कंपनीतून काढून दिली होती,
                तर सदर पॉलिसीची एक प्रत मला अति तत्काळ देण्यात यावी
                पॉलिसीचे प्रत मागण्याची काही कारणे
                1)2 Dec, 2019 रोजी मी डी जी वन मध्ये माझ्या एलसीडी खराब होण्याची कंप्लेंट केली त्यानंतर दोन दिवसांनंतर मला एक फोन आला त्यामध्ये त्यांचे असे म्हणणे होते की ही एक थर्ड पार्टी इन्शुरन्स असतो त्यामुळे ते रिपेअर होण्यासाठी एक वर्षही लागू शकतो त्यामुळे आम्ही तुम्हाला एक ऑफर देत आहे त्यानुसार 5200 रुपये तुम्हाला देण्यात येतील आणि तुम्ही नवीन टीव्ही विकत घ्या, हि अमाऊंट कॅश मध्ये द्याल का असे मी त्यांना विचारलं तर त्यांचे असे म्हणणे होते की तुम्हाला आमच्या शोरूममधून एखादा टीव्ही किंवा प्रोडक घ्यावा लागेल आणि त्यामधून हि अमाऊंट कमी होईल,
                पण जर इन्शुरन्स कंपनी सेटलमेंट करत असेल तर ती कॅश मला डायरेक्ट देऊ शकत नाही का ?
                2) मी शोरूम ला टेक्निशियन देण्याची मागणी केली असता, आपण ज्या विभागात राहतात तिथे टेक्निशियन अवेलेबल नाही असे कारण सांगण्यात आले व एलसीडी तुम्हाला शोरूमला घेऊन यावा लागेल असे मला सांगण्यात आले
                मी या शोरूमच्या जेवढे कर्मचारी अधिकाऱ्यांशी बोललो तर यांच्या प्रत्येक स्टेटमेंट मध्ये मला तफावत आढळल्यामुळे माझ्या मनात काही प्रश्न निर्माण झाले आहेत तरी या पॉलिसीची कॉपी मला तत्काळ पुरविण्यात यावी

                तरी मी या दोन्ही कंपनीचा कंज्यूमर असल्यामुळे ही सेवा मला लवकरात लवकर देण्यात यावी
                अन्यथा मला खालील ठिकाणी दाद मागावी लागेल
                1) जिल्हा ग्राहक मंच ठाणे
                2) बिमा लोकपाल पुणे

                  I was bought one sansui led 32 inch on aug'2017 with 36 months warranty, but after 24 months my led was not functioning properly, screen seeing doubled pictured, color also not coming properly, when i was revisit at store located at dombivali east tilak nagar then straight away raise their hands and told me that sansui company had shut down and we can't do anything in it.

                  My quitions is i bought product from store and if within warranty then that your responsibility to repair that, why they are kept default products in stock and when we going for buy that time they are suggested to take this product.

                  Now who is responsible for this..??? My money got lost due to them, they are selling default products, laying to the customers, false commitments, not problem solving attitude.

                    I purchased a refrigerator last night only because I wanted the delivery today. I agreed to buy a product that was on display and which was also above my budget of 25k.
                    We all checked the product before agreeing for a display piece, it was perfect, scratch less and good to use.
                    To receive the product I had to take an off from work, could not go out with family on my festival.
                    To my surprise when I received the goods it was damaged and not as expected. Hence had to return it.
                    When I spoke to the showroom person he said they will deliver another same piece only after 2 days or I can come and select another model.
                    The whole purpose of buying a product out of my budget and bigger in size was lost.
                    I asked if I select another model of lower range will I get the refund back, I was told that cannot happen and I'll have to buy some thing of same range or higher and pay the difference.
                    My question is... why do I pay difference if I can't get refund?
                    Why should I go for an expensive product now when my purpose is not served?
                    Why the customer is treated in such a manner that they feel cheated & helpless?
                    Do you think I will ever come back to your shop ever again with such a disgraceful and unempathetic Service?

                      I was about to buy another brand tv but your sales person approached me to buy sns led tv, which is your home product. But after purchased i found that this tv dont have much functions. When i lost my remote i went to store to get remote but noone was willing to help me saying that it is impossible to give you remote without seeing your old remote, though i baught the tv from the same store. I cant run other famous apps on tv. Already downloaded youtube app was working well as we dont have cable connection that app was only our entertainment, but now its not running because it wants update and when i trying to update it shows my tv is not supporting for that update. I dont know what to do i am so fade up...

                        Dont want to repair my fridge kindly take this fridge back and give me my money back after deducting the depreciation amount. A early response will be helpful...
                        This AC has default and it’s not replaced my snehanjali electronics. I have many complaints regarding it but they are not responding .

                          I had finalised aquaguard water purifier at digi1 loacated at maxus mall, bhayandar west on 14th august 2019. Final discounted price offered was rs. 17100 (Original price rs.19000) after including 10% instant cash back discount using hdfc card. After i gave a go ahead, they said max discount they can give is only rs. 500 and not more. So i ended up with a price of rs. 18500. They said they will give provogue trolley bag which is of very good quality and can be used while travelling.
                          Product was delivered the next day 15th august without any trolley bag. After making 28 calls for next 4 days to their customer service team, they finally registered installation of purifier with aquaguard team. But no update on the trolley bag. After making further 6 calls their representative said we can collect it from the store. When we went at the store - we were offered a promotional duffle bag of capital first co. And they said this is it - take it or leave it. Highly unprofessional behavior and false promises by them has killed it.

                          This was my 9th and very last purchase with digi1 and wont be dealing with their products & services any further. Even aquaguard offers a provogue watch worth rs. 5000 through direct purchase.

                          I want to take this complaint forward on many social platforms and even inform aquaguard, so they can reconsider their strategy of free offers for further retail channels.

                            My register mob no is [protected] and my Alt no is [protected]. I m doing follow up for 2nd servicing of my AC. I m calling on [protected] and [protected] this nos from last 3days and every day customer care executive is saying that servicing guy will come today and this is happening from last 3days still no one had come for servicing.

                            What will happen if my AC gets damaged due to non servicing and this is totally fault from u r side...

                            Yesterday that lady said that servicing guy lol come today anyhow but still no-one has come.

                            So please look in this case and resolve this issue...

                              I have purchased a Whirlpool refrigerator from Snehanjali Dahisar west shop on 6th April 2019; however the receipt shows purchased date as 31st March 2019. When asked to rectify the same the Branch Manager puts blame on the newly purchased accounting system by the owner of the shop. With the explanation provided by the Branch Manager it is clear that they wanted to push their stock sells in previous financial year.
                              Also, while purchasing the refrigerator, it was clearly communicated by the sales person that they will deliver a new refrigerator from their godown located at Vasai, however they have delivered the Demo piece (without my consent) which was kept in their shop. As this is a Demo piece, it is having some functional issues.
                              Till date above issues have NOT been addressed even after visited the shop many times. NO initiative has been taken by the Dahisar Branch Manager. It clearly indicates that they do not have any concern about customer satisfaction once they sold their product.

                                I had bought two godrej air conditioner form snehanjali, boisar with model name:gsc 12at c3-wsa. One was purchased on 12th april 2019 and the second one was purchased on 14th april 2019 with the item code:gsc12atc3. The bill is on the name of abhijeet jadhav.
                                Its not even been a month and i have been facing a lot of issues with both the products. On 9th may 2019 i registered a complaint with snehanjali regarding my first purchase that the ac isn't working. After two days even the second one stopped working and i registered a complaint on 11th for the same. I did get a sms from godrej saying that the complaint has been registered but there was no cooperation form either snehanjali or godrej. A technician was sent and but did not solve the issue.
                                It's been 9days i have been facing a lot of problems. I did not buy an ac in this scroching heat to hang it as a wall hanging in the house. This is not the kind of service a buyer expects. I want a replacement and expect an immediate action on this matter. And imbide your respective staff with some manners and cooperation skills. Coustmers pay and get the services it is not a favour done by them.

                                  It's been a very bad experience by snehaajali bhayander east branch. First time i had booked samsung tv, your representing told they are giving mini speaker (Yoga) after 2 days they giving me some local mini speakers and unfortunately managers and staff rude behaviour with customer very much casual with customer...
                                  It’s way of like your working that your corporate electric industry.
                                  I’m verry much unsatisfied with snehanjali service...

                                  I never ever ever suggest ny 1 refer to snehanjali bhayander

                                    I purchased whirlpool fridge from virar east snehanjali. They stick me gifts on air gifts voucher. This gifts on aur site is so pathetic that you can't buy anything form there. Quality of products is so bad and price so high. Customer have to pay delivery charge for each product. Return policy is also customer have to pay return courier charges.

                                      I ordered onida inverter 1ton ac on 4 may on basis of assurance that on 5th may i will get deliverey with same day installation. However after long followup on 5th may i did not get any proper answer from store on delivery and installation. So i requested sales manager to canceled my order. As per him i will get my payment by 15day in my cc account but i am not sure on the same my invoice no is v390306. Pathetic experience i had. Will suggest any people to buy products from this store. My humble request to customers service executive is to cancel my order immediately and transfer my money back to my credit card account by 6th may. Hope somebody will help me get much money back

Product was available of bajaj website n was booked but dealer said that its not available.                                         We have raised complain of our Sansui LED TV (Ulhasnagar 4). There were black spots on the screen. The Complain was Lodged on November 2018. One technician have visited in November and said that one more technician will be visiting us. But it is April 2019 now and there is no response from Snehanjali and Sansui. The Snehanjali customer care is also of no use. They say they will call after 30 min but there is no reply from them. The matter was taken to Indian Consumer forum but they have also not replied to them. Many mails have been forwarded to Snehanjali and Sansui but there is no response from any one of them.
