Snitch — Delivery issue

Hi,

My order I'd 606502(SNITCH)

I ordered a jeans from SNITCH ...even after 15 days order not received .

I'm trying to connect customer care...but connected ... finally after connecting... simply saying...due to weather conditions order not delivered .

The Product is in Chevella which is 50 km away from Hyderabad ... snitch people asking me to go and collect from there if not cancelling my order ...is this is the way to give service to customer

While doing exchange i have couriered through Indian post with my funds attached receipt for the same

Really really very very bad service from SNITCH... Didn't expected this type of service from SNITCH

Atleast refund my money and courier money ASAP
