On 2 April 2022 I order a T-shirts fork snitch and due to some reasons I had to cancel it. They didn’t even messaged me about my cancellation status and when will refund be made. I called the customer care for around 2 hours then finally the call connected he told me the refund will be reflected on my bank account within 7 days in the same mode which in ordered. It’s been more than week I have still not received my refund and they do-not pick up my calls neither they reply on their support emails
