This website has shown many offers just to trap people. I had ordered a product (Handbag). They took the payment online, while placing the order itself and after that there are no more updates regarding the order. It has been one, since i have placed the order. Clearly, they are a fraud company. Be aware of this website everyone. They give away very attractive offers to trap people. How can I get my money back. This is ridiculous. I have mailed them for status but no reply screenshot attatched

My order number is 3126 & 3129 on dated 20/09/2017.
Received successful order mail from Snogtrend.
I have not received order yet.estimited delivery time is 4 weeks. It's now above that.
Now there site is coming not available big cheaters.
I have my friends too who purchased same as me. They too dosent receive anything.

I am also facing the same problem. Its been almost 2 months and i did'nt received my order. i have ordered handbag set.

Me and my friends have also ordered from snogtrend in September. Things of around 2000 but still we haven't received it neither do we know whom to contact. I have written mail to the customer care but haven't received any reply from them. Is there any consumer complaint forum where we can approach. Anybody who has knowledge please let us know what can be done.
This website is fake do not buy any products who only asks for shipping charges. No one in this world sell the things free.
