Snow Travel Club — cheated me with 26k

I had booked a package for ooty from snow travel club and initially they said that my package is for 26k. Then i paid my first installment of 13k.. Then they said i will receive my hotel vouchers next day but next day they said that hotels are demanding full amount so they made me paid another 13k.. And said that i will receive the vouchers in 20 minutes.. But after 3 hours they called me and said they had booked this package by mistake as it was not meeting their requirements.. And demanded extra 9k.. I refused and told them to cancel this.. Then they said that 52%of my will be get deducted.. I somehow agreed to this as i had no other choice.. But till now it's been more than 60days but i didn't receive any refund.. They are such a cheaters.. Now their site is down and not responding to any of my call nor mail.. Avinash kapoor is the person who is behind this with some lady i don't remember the name.. Pls don't ever trust such type of sites and go with the geniune sites.. My hard earned money got wasted on these #..
