Dear snow travels team &
Mr nikhil
As your executive mr avinash given commitment of 19500/- for 5night 6 days and including cab from (Pickup point) bagdogra - darjeeling-gangtok-bagdogra airport (Drop).

As per our telephonic conversation mr avinash said that your all booking will be confirmed after deposition of half payment.

As i have transffered 9500/-then he has demanded to deposit 1000/-more to booking confirmation.
Then i have deposited 1000/-also.

And then next day your executive mr avinash said you have to pay full and final amount then only we can confirm your booking.
Then i have transffered remaing amount of 8500/- and i have paid fukl n final amount of 19500/-from my side.

Now its your turn to confirm booking and send back confirmed vouchers and cab details also.

But at morning time mr nikhil had call me and demanded 5000/-extra for completion of booking.
Tell me how customer will trust on your sevices of snow travels.

This online system of snow travels is running by trusting and relaiabilty of your services and given commitment by your executive and team.
But such type of executive like mr avinash had given false commitment and trap customer to acheive their target and bulid a bad images of snow travels which is lethal sign of snow travels.

I have totally spent 19500/- till date not receive refund amount and i am taking followup from last 2 month.

Here i am mentioning (Photo images) account details of fraud company inwhich i have deposited 19500/-

Its totally fraud company run by some fake and ordinarry people.
