Sobha Developers — non refund of booking advance - hrc pristine project

I had booked hrc pristine project (Unit - f2-2053, 5th floor) of sobha developers by paying an advance amount of 7.85 lakhs as of 10th august 2019. However, i had to cancel it on 22 dec 2019 (I have informed the same to sales team during early october, 2019. I have done several email follow-ups with sobha sales and marketing/corporate team on the cancellation and refund several time but no response. I have also tried to call sobha sales responsible but no answer to my call or call back.

Request for refund of the advance amount paid.
