When i had visited to check on purchase of a flat at sobha dream acres in 2016, i was told that if i booked a flat with booking amount of ₹1 lakh on that day, then i will also be offered with a sony bravia tv worth ₹50, 000 during handover. There was a big banner also of the same at sobha dream acres office. Thinking of adjusting the amount of tv with the apartment price, i purchased an apartment (A2-01121). I got my handover on sept 15th 2018 and when i asked them for the tv, they say they have withdrawn the offer and offered me with 25000 points instead. 25000 points is not even worth half of ₹50000 and when we convert this to buy certain vouchers, we don't get to make full use of the worth. The reason why i went to buy sobha dream acres is because of the trust factor. Little did i know that this big brand would also behave like cheap builders. I had very high hopes on sobha. I am also not happy with the build quality of my apartment. The locks were rusted, tiles had hollow, main door had a bend, the balcony glass had scratches, bathroom locks dint work, the stoppers used in the doors were of cheap quality. All of this is being looked into except stoppers and i was told it will be resolved. While i am fighting all these things with sobha, this withdrawing of offer came as a blow for me and also stops me from recommending the brand to any of my friends or public. Highly disappointed.
