[Resolved] Sobha Developers — Back out of sobha royal Pavilion sales staff of his commitment & delay to refund of holding amount Rs 3 Lakh
Finding myself Nabish kumar verma an extremely difficult situation while writing this massage.Trusting the Sobha team to help us find the resolution.
This mail is in regards with the booking of 3bhk for my daughter Nidhi Verma visited Royal Pavilion On 3rd Aug, 2021 this was her first visit to Sobha Royal Pavilion assisted by the sales executive of Sobha, Mr. Manish Mahesh Rajak.
Daughter appreciated and blocked flat number 10021, east facing left in tower 10, by doing a card payment same day of 3L, with confirmation from Mr. Manish that Sobha team will work and support us to get our expected budget and a higher floor if possible within next 2 days or Sobha team will refund 100% of the booking amount.
4th Aug morning Mr. Manish Mahesh Rajak connected with me, Mr. Nabish Kumar Verma, and finalized,
1) Unit = 10051
2) SBA = 1507 Sq ft.
3) East facing balcony
4) Final cost o[censored]nit = ×××× full & final agreed amount with sobha sales staff.
5) west facing entrance
6) Sending with details break up price list o[censored]nit no # 10051
Unfortunately on 4th Aug evening, Mr Manish Mahesh Rajak called me (Mr. Nabish Kumar Verma) and apologised that Sobha will be unable to meet our promised agreed budget of Rs ×××x crore for 3bhk. As promised the complete refund of 3lakh will be done within 3-4 working days that was contributed towards booking the unit.
I have a full audio recording for the same with sobha royal Pavillion sales staff.
5th August, there has been a communication initiated from Mr. Manish for the refund to Ms/Mrs Archana Sinha. However our calls/mails are being completely ignored after that when we are trying to follow up on expected time for refund and there is negligible progress on the refund.
Kindly help us to understand the clear picture of the refund and the timelines. We have put a lot of faith and wished to buy a dream house for my parents in Sobha. Currently we have lost the house and also the hard earned money contributed towards the house during a very challenging time.

Still I have not get my refund money Rs 3 lakh from sobha. For the refund completion we have shared all docs that were asked from Sobha through email chain, As ask by sobha :- 1. Bank receipt of transaction on 3, 00, 000 on 3rd Aug 2. Acknowledgment receipt from Sobha on 3rd Aug 3. Credit card statement pdf of transaction 4. Account details for refund 5. Audio proofs of 100% refund within 7 days Sobha is a brand values of her commitment & promises. But still why not refund . Don't understand. Thanks Nabish kumar verma
