Sobha Developers — Refund of token amount | |||
We visited "Sobha Royal Pavilion" on 7th August 2021 (Saturday). We swiped a token amount of Rs 2, 00000/- ( Rupees Two lakhs only) on the same day to hold a unit in wing8 ( Unit number -8072, 1490sq.ft SBA 3BHK) for a couple of days until we comeback and confirm our choice and procced for advance payment and login. This was based on the marketing person's verbal confirmation that if we choose not to go with this after couple of days, we will get back our token amount within 15days of the cancellation. We thought on our personal plans and finances for next 5 years and we decided not to invest in a project which is projected to finish after 4 years ( i.e. Sept. 2025 as per verbal confirmation, RERA approved date can be even later ). We conveyed our decision over phone and WhatsApp on Wednesday Morning ( 11th August 2021 ), and sent an official mail of cancellation on 13th August ( Friday). but after 8 days also we didn't get any official acknowledgement of our mail and no official commitments on when we are going to get our money back. Over phone they are simply delaying and ignoring the matter. We need a help here. Was this information helpful? | |||
