Sobha Developers — Registration problem

My name is Celine Crasto we have booked a flat E803 in Sobha palm court Bangalore we live in Dubai. let me give you my latest saddest grievance, We were asked by my CRM Ms Menaka to come down to Bangalore to complete the registration process on 18th of this month July 22, We had explained to her that please make sure our date for registration is confirmed cause we cannot come back for registration. After arriving here she says because of some government process o[censored]ploading documents it’s just not possible to complete our registration we told her we were here until 29 July and if she could try her best but it was in vain so please explain how this is possible and imagine the losses we have to bear because of her inefficient coordination.
