I visited SOBHA Townpark - for Brooklyn Towers booking inquiry on 26-Mar-22 After the discussion with Mr. ROY - Marketing Executive & Mr. Sobin - Marketing Manager, I did on-spot booking on the below terms:
Unit - S3 - 2113;
Price agreed in on-spot intimation letter 39, 18, 710/-
On-Spot booking amount paid - 2, 00, 000
Balance booking amount to be paid (within 1 month of booking) - 2, 00, 000 (10% of intimation letter value)
No payment further until 2 years
2 nd installment for 10% will be raised at the end of 2nd. year
29th March. - Received wrong Intimation Letter and Cost-Break-up/payment schedule for 40, 70, 914/-
29th March - Did the follow-up with Mr. Roy through Whatsapp asking for correct Intimation Letter, agreed unit number (as per on-spot booking unit) & Cost-break-up sheet - No response until 2nd April
2nd April - Followed up, 'he confirmed that changes will be done ASAP'
5th April - Followed up, Mr. Roy confirmed this will be done by 7th April
7th April - Followed up again, he said that he communicated to his senior, and will be done by 11th April
11th April - No response received, hence I sent an email asking why the wrong intimation letter had been sent and requested for correction on unit and value.
19th April - No response until 19th April, followed up again in the email and also sent Whatsapp message to Mr. Sobin.
20th April - Manoj replied stating, some technical glitch and will send the corrected letter in the next 2 days
26th April - No response received until 26th April, I have requested to respond immediately or else cancel the booking.
10th May - No response received for the booking unit SS- 2113, but received call from accounts department asking to settle 7.9 lakh
This was shocking to me, I agreed for booking to pay 10% now (Approx-4 Lakh) and the balance after 2 years as per Mr. Roy's confirmation
I sent an email asking to cancel 'My Booking and Refund the amount due to
Poor customer service,
No prompt response post-booking,
Incorrect booking value, booking unit & phase between on spot
booking confirmation letter and email confirmation,
False/misrepresentation of payment schedule terms
Not received any response for more than 2 weeks regarding my refund details. - need help to get the refund from the Sobha Developers
