Sodexo — Account Re-activated but dormant amount put on hold.

Dear Sodexo,

I am a Sodexo card holder and could not used the card for more than 1 year due to this my account has been de-activated and balance amount was put in dormant account.

Now on second week of April 2021 I have called the Sodexo customer care to restore my account.

As per the request my account had been re-activated but the amount that is in dormant account was not put back in my Sodexo card.

Following are the my details, kindly transfer an amount of 6324.74 INR from your dormant account to my Sodexo card.
