Sodexo — Amount Debited but not received by Merchant

Had placed a transaction of INR 3, 118 at Ratna Super market (Mulund West,
Mumbai) on 13th Nov'2021 (at 9.31 pm) throug sodexo mobile app. The amount
got deducted, but the merchant did not receive the payment. I made the bill
paymet through some other credit card for the goods purchased.

I immediately called up your call center to intimate about the incident and
your representative said that in such case the refund will be initiated in
2-3 days. However, since i did not receive the refund, I called again after
3 days only to know from other representative that sometimes it takes
28 days to tally funds and initiate refund. Now even those 28 days have
passed and have not yet received the refund.

Need to know the status of my refund immediately. In
current digital world, it does not take so much time to trace funds and
arrange for refund.
