As per the card statement it was showing i made 1197 rs transaction on 18th morning. But i have made this transaction and also it is showing merchant name is pin. What is this? Can you please provide the information about this recent transaction.

After that i received the call from customer service and they communicated that amount will be reflected in 2 business days.

I waited for 30 days, and i have sent so many followup emails. But i didn't received any response. The worst customer service.
