I have got sodexo meal pass card from my employer "L&T infotech"
On 21st Feb 2017 I have lost my card and reported immediately. Then after continuous follow up they said they have dispatched my card but it never came to me. Again after so many mails came to know that it is misplaced and they will re dispatched till date my card is not in my hand, I don't know what sodexo guys are doing.
Even mails are not responded on time. What a pathetic service even after escalations. Was this information helpful? | 
I have lost my card and reported immediately. Then I applied for new card. But i haven't received any messages and email from sodexo for about my application. I am trying to connect with customer service guy but always it is busy. I hope they will give my card dispatch details ASAP.
