Sodexo — Not receiving money

In the sodexo meal pass card last four digits 1301 the balance is not yet added although the kyc has been complete a long ago. Every time i call or email sodexo their reply is that my kyc is approve and balance will be credited. It is now almost a week i am hearing this and the balance is never credited in my meal pass. Strict action must be taken on sodexo as they are not adding my hard earned balance in my meal pass and instead they are using my money somewhere. They have the worst service.
