Am a Company provided Sodexo User. Since most of the places is not accepting virtual payment from Sodexo, I had applied for physical card via zeta app but right from there my virtual card got permanently blocked and Sodexo deducted Rs 100 from my balance for card replacement fees. but I dont have any tracking information or request number to track.
Also Sodexo customer care is useless because even after waiting for 45 minutes I was not able to talk to agent and this much time I was loosing my money since this is not a toll free number.
I had raised my concerns via mail [protected]@india.sodexo.com but no one is replying its been more than 12 days now.. Was this information helpful? |
1. Not received replacement card for about 1 month and still waiting
2. Keep waiting for customer support for long time and then call gets disconnected on its own many times
3. No response from customer support on emails
4. I get different response from customer support representatives each time I call
