Sodexo — poor service | |||
I have made numerous attempts to contact the person who controls the electricity for the weipa region via email (See attched). I rang the call centre asked to be put through to weipa sodexo i still got answered in the call centre who was unable to assist me. I visited the office twice to have this issue resolved but was'nt able to resolve it. The receptionist sent an email on my behalf twice and still she did'nt respond. I got her number i rang her and she was very rude to me on the phone during our conversation she did advise that she will be in touch in the next few days with an answer. Because she was so rude i hung up on her, i called back to ask her to cancel my payment plan altogether and she did'nt answer my calls she kept hanging up on me very unprofessional!!! I havent heard from her as yet... How hard is it to keep me in the loop to advise me that she will be in touch... Very poor service Was this information helpful? | |||
