Premium pass (No.[protected] amounting Rs. 4999 was issued by Sodexo to me as a GNFC employee. The card shows a balance of Rs 4999 and is activated. However, it is not working in any of the transactions through zeta app or card. The matter is referred to you for a no. of times. However, it remains unresolved.
