Sodexo never issued a replacement physical card till now.
They asked for activation. When activation done from my side even then their systems don't activate my card.
Whenever calling customer care they say it's a technical problem. And I'm getting the same response for the past 5months.
Even after my 5months of my previous card expiry they could not able to replace the card. And every month my employer is crediting money in to the card which doesn't exist with me.
