I rohtash kumar s/o sh. Balbir singh r/o vpo jagan tehsil and district hisar (Haryana). I was purchased a new tractor of sonalika di-50 in last month of year 2019 from ambay tractor agency, agroha, tehsil and district hisar. At the time of purchase of the tractor the agency told that our tractor sonalika di-50 would work with more power than farmtrac-60. When i used the tractor then it was showing under load and not working well. I inform the above said agency regarding this technical fault of the tractor but the above said agency told that you used the said tractor continuously the same will start working smoothly. I tried to my best efforts but all in vain and the problem remains continuously. I visited the above said agency so many times regarding this problem but they not solve the problem and told me to leave the tractor in the agency then i ready to leave the tractor in the agency and i demand the receipt/job card of my tractor but the above said agency and its proprietor clearly refused to issue the receipt/job card to me and said that if you want to solve this problem then you left the tractor in the agency without any receipt/job card. We not issued any job card this is rules of the agency and you are bound to abide the rules of the agency. I said that how can left my tractor without any receipt/job card in your agency if any mishappening occurred with tractor then who are responsible for the same then the above said agency said that we are not responsible.
This act and conduct of the above said agency is unfair trade practice and deficiency in service and breach of trust. This act and conduct is against the consumer and your agency.
I humbly prayed that a necessary action will be taken against the said agency and solve my problem by way of removal of the said technical fault of the tractor or if not removed then my said tractor should be changed at your cost as soon as possible.

I am khandu waykar, from narayangaon.
I purchased gardentrack 22hp starting model. When i purchased sonalika at that your sales executive, area manager, regional manager said we will provide you all services for that because we manufactured only 5 tractor. Now am facing starter problem and we didn't get starter for that. Starter manufacturing company said we manufacture only 5 starter for that tractor. My nearby farmer also purchased sonalika tractor 22hp, after second month he is facing same problem like am facing right now, company replaced starter and all assembly. Right now its not possible to change all internal parts because that costly. Please help me asap.

Dear sir, i want to complain about the tractor model 745iii purchase last year november and after 4-5 month, paint of tractor was faded from many place and rust (Corrosion) also on some some place. We complaint to dealer of palwal from where we purchased the tractor. Dealer's manager behave was very bed. After this we know that there are many unsatisfied costumers but dear didn't care about this. Three more farmers wants to purchase the sonalika tractor but after this review of tractor and dealer they change their main and purchase the swraj tractor. So i am requesting you to solve our problem and take some strict action against the dealer of palwal haryana. He is harm the good image of sonalika tractors.

W have complained ur local dealer but w have not satisfied,,, as per our observation and trial and eroor method w found that in 5lites of disel, w have utilized tractor for 3 hrs. And as per our utilization the k. M. Is not more then 3. So it means there may be be some problem,... So kindly send ur tecnician to re check the tractor average... Thanking u. And anticipating early action in the above complaint.

I have been bought sonalika tractor from navsari.
Just one month back i called for first service. Distance from navsari to my place is 15km. Your service provider charged me 250rs for petrol. There is a minor problem i complained like tractor horn not working. During service the problem have been not solved.
When we bought tractor they did not supply complete set of accessories like vehicle jack and grease gun.
Hopping for better service. Please provide me a jack n grease gun.

Dear sir,. Sonalika tractors warranty is 3 years. Or depending on km running, i have purchasing sonalika di 47 hp tractors in 2016 is currently occuring engine problems ie coolant mixed in engine oils so i have discussed with showroom dealer, he tell me sonalika tractors is warranty period is not 3 years is depending on running km is less than 2000 km then in warranty period is considering so please tell me about problem description and solutions...

With due respect and most humbly, i saroj devi beg to say that no action has been taken regards my complaint, since it is claimed before. The parts of the tractor has been accidently damaged, and has been crack. It has been passed since 9 month. I have also complained in the binod dealer of check naka latehar jharkhand. But no action has been taken till now.
I hope you will take action on this complaint as soon as possible.

I have brought sonalika tractor fy 17, i m suffering so many problem (Like - hydraulic system not working, electrical issue, engine noise, tyre wear, rattling noise, engine hamming noise, vibration, load capacity poor, paint peel off & body paint washout in hot/cold condition, rusting,) from day one.

Do bar engeenear aaye magar falt na pakad pane ke karan mera tractor nahi ban saka. Agency me complain kiye huye ek warse ho chuka hai magar koi karyawahi nahi hui. Compani dwara engeenear bhej ker tractor theek karane ki kripa kare.

Dear sir, i surender sharma owner of sonalika tractor model di.750-3 year 2003 engine no 4095f32g32076, chassis no 0309zz33794, facing a problem in lift system. It was repaired many times but problem is still alive. The required size of distributor is not available in the market and agencies therefore you are requested to look into the problem so that our problem of lift system in seed drilling may be solved.

मेरे पास सोनालिका di-60 है। जिसे मैंने 2009 में खरीदा था महोदय मेरे ट्रेक्टर का स्टेरिंग सही से काम नहीं करता ट्रेक्टर का स्टेरिंग में चाल है जिसके चलते वो बहकता ज्यादा है । जिसके चलते 1 बार उसका स्टेरिंग फ़ैल हो चूका है अप्रैल 2016 में।
2016 में स्टेरिंग फ़ैल होने के कारण उसका एक्सीडेंट हुआ था। जिसकी डेंटिंग पेंटिंग और रिपेयरिंग का कार्य प्रियंका ट्रैक्टर्स (कंपनी ऑथोरिस्ड) बरेली तह• बरेली जिला रायसेन मध्य प्रदेश में स्थित है।
अप्रैल 2016 में रिपेयर होने के बाद भी उसके स्टेरिंग में चाल की समस्या का हल नहीं निकला
जिसके लिए मैंने प्रियंका ट्रैक्टर्स के सेल्स मेन मोदक सिंह, प्रियंका ट्रेक्टर के मालिक महेंद्र राजपूत, सर्विस एग्जीक्यूटिव दीपक, कंपनी के सीनियर मेकेनिक अमजद, एरिया इंजीनियर मुकेश पटेल, एरिया मैनेजर समीर जी से कई बार कंप्लेंट कर चुका हूँ 1 बार मैं ट्रेक्टर को भी प्रियंका ट्रैक्टर्स के बाड़ी शाखा पर एरिया मैनेजर के सामने ट्रेक्टर छोड़ के आया था कि जब ये सही हो जायेगा तब ही ले जाऊंगा जिसे उसी दिन शाम को सेल्स मेन मोदक सिंह उस ट्रेक्टर के बिना सुधरे वापिस मेरे घर पर खड़ा कर के ये कहते हुए छोड़ गए की 4 दिन बाद इसका सामान बुलवा कर एरिया इंजीनियर के सामने कार्य करवाया जाएगा जिस बात को आज दिनांक 14/10/2017 को लगबग 45 दिन हो चुके है और सेल्स मेन मोदक सिंह से पूछने पर कहा जाता है कि आप उस ट्रेक्टर को कटवा दो और नया ट्रैक्टर ले लो लेकिन ये नहीं बताया जाता की ये ट्रेक्टर कब तक सुधरेगा
महोदय अप्रैल 2016 के एक्सीडेंट के बाद से ट्रेक्टर चलने लायक नहीं रहा वो रोड पर इतना बहकता है
जिसके चलते हमारे ट्रेक्टर का हम पिछले 2 साल से उपयोग नहीं कर पा रहे है
आने वाले महीने में हमारी गेहू की बोनी का समय आ रहा है अतः मेरा निवेदन है कि कंपनी जल्द से जल्द मेरी कंप्लेंट पर एक्शन ले कर मेरे ट्रेक्टर को सुधरवा दे

Hello sir i, priyabrata gomango citizen of odisha and i had been worked as a sales executive at sudhir motors, near saletax office, rayagada, odisha. I had a complain for your company that your company had up to now manufactured trademark tractor models like di 35, di 740, rx 42, di 740 all and rx 47 etc which i had been given for marketing as a sales executive at padmapur block in rayagada district odisha which is at best known for large scale rice and cotton productiom. And your company contains many more like 60 rx, 745 |, world trac 75, and worldtrac 90 rx etc which is not available for customers being provided with showroom. And for tractorzpare parts it could be ordered and delivered from cuttack and including chasis no. And engine no. So i request your company not to
Overproduce models like sikander and solis tractors as seen by me at youtube and maintain the financial and model available facility of odisha i. E. Sudhir motors and many more showroom present in odisha.

I, shivendra jha, vill-garuara, samastipur, bihar bought below tractor from agency (Maa bhavani tractors and agri equipment). I have sold the land in the name of agency owner (Rajeev kumar ranjan) on behalf of dawn payment on 1-may-2017.

They have not given any papers to me or not given my subsidy. Not giving servicing to my tractor also. Just, every time they ignore my request regarding tractor papers and servicing/subsidy for last three months.

सर मेरे पास एक सोनालिका mm super di 60 ट्रैक्टर है जो कि मैंने laxit automobiles Tosham (Bhiwani) Haryana से 25/05/2016 को खरिदा था मेरा ट्रैक्टर बहुत ज्यादा डीजल ले रहा है और खिंचाई भी कम कर रहा है तथा धुंआ भी छोड़ रहा है मैं दो बार ट्रैक्टर को तोशाम उनकी दुकान पर ले जा चुका हूं और वो पम्प को दो बार खोलकर देख चुके हैं परन्तु कुछ भी रिजल्ट नही निकला और पम्प भी ज्यादा बिगड़ गया और इसके बाद वे ट्रैक्टर की सर्वीस करने के लिए भी मना करने लगे पहली दो सर्वीस तो मैंने लड़ झगड़ कर करवा ली लेकिन अब तीसरी सर्वीस के लिए दो महीने में चार बार ट्रैक्टर लेकर उनकी दुकान पर जा चुका हूं पर वे सर्विस नहीं कर रहे हैं और कहते हैं कि हमारी कोई गारंटी नहीं है आप कहीं से भी सर्विस करवा लो हमारी दुकान पर मत आया करो
मैं आपके कई ओफीसर से बात भी कर चुका हूं लेकिन कोई समाधान नहीं निकाला​

Note that i had purchase sonakia di-3 from parminder tracktor gurdaspur on dated 12-feb-2016.
Completed all the formalities and also got 3 schedule service done at parminder tracktor gurdaspur.

Also note that we are facing a problem fuel consumption high and engine produce the black smoke within silencer on regular basis. Than we have many time loged the complaint to parminder tracktor but his response is very poor and not resolve my complaint.

We have purchased sonalika 35 di 39hpr tractor from sumerpur rajat trading co. Dist-pali, rajasthan, and we have get problem in after 3 month in diesel pump and al lot of diesel taken with lot of smoke given that time we have given complaint to our delear and we have going to sumerpur with tractor then he given repair the diesel pump in two days, after 6month we have got same problem again in full season we have going to again in our delear shop then he will given tractor with repair within 5days and also we have big loss. Now again we have got same problem from 30.03.2017 to till now and now also full sesone is going on how to do work and again tractor given full smoke and taken a lot of diesel. I request you please give me solution.
