I am very much disappointment when I went to take the delivery of my Sony DVD Home Theatre system, I saw the DVD player it was found with big scratch on the front panel of the DVD Player, such kind of depth Mark occur when Screwdriver get slip during course of repair. which was not there while giving the DVD to Service center on 27th March'21. Therefore we would request to replace the front Panel or make it corrected and urgently call us...

Sony ia trying to deliver large stocks of PS5 in every country except India. If a person wants to buy a PS5 he/she should wait for atleast 1 month more as compared to other countries and moreover PS5 is more expensive in India and still they just can't meet the stock demand of Indian customers....

We bought Sony LED 109cm 43W800D, 4 Years back. Sony representative updated there is issue in "Tikkon Board" and now the Board is not available.
They updated 18% discount on new TV for exchange. This seems the exchange price is similar to the offer price in Amazon and flipkart. What extra effort Sony India providing to their customers.

I have bought a tv exactly 2 years before.. Now it got repair... And service men is telling it is needed another 7500 for cost of Repairing...

Within 2 years who will spend this much money for repair.

If a branded tv getting repair earlier means I will recommend to buy other brand tv instead of buying Sony tv.. Purpose is lost....

The Sony television was purchased vide Serial no 8108077 Sony LED KDL-32W6100IN5 . Invoice no 2021/01/101 dated 19.01.2021.
Since June 2021, the television is not working and part replacement has also been done, without any success.
Follow up has not yielded any result.

I ordered Sony KLV-40R352F TV from Amazon for my parents on 6th August 2020 and received faulty manufactured TV with big black spots on the screen (clearly visible).
