I have bought a tv exactly 2 years before.. Now it got repair... And service men is telling it is needed another 7500 for cost of Repairing...

Within 2 years who will spend this much money for repair.

If a branded tv getting repair earlier means I will recommend to buy other brand tv instead of buying Sony tv.. Purpose is lost.

    The Sony television was purchased vide Serial no 8108077 Sony LED KDL-32W6100IN5 . Invoice no 2021/01/101 dated 19.01.2021.
    Since June 2021, the television is not working and part replacement has also been done, without any success.
    Follow up has not yielded any result.
    I am truly agonist with the follow up required. Please have the television picked up and deliver the draft of Rs 23000 in my name.
    Immediate action on this is expected.

        Hi sir/ madam

        I have purchased sony 24 inch led in the year 2017 which got repaired in the year 2018 as it purchased using bajaj finserv having one year service for the same I used. But for this also I have spent my amt of 1500 although I informed in sony tv branch but not got any response. Hence I used my expenses for repair for that also I did not got refund for the same as they did not provide any bill to me after got repaired. Now once it got repaired as having display problem. As technicians came and taken the details last month till not got display as I been calling tirupati branch they keep saying courier problem. This is so pathetic as being one of the best electronics since years but the services are wrost. Kindly take the action on the same provide me the solution so that in future this should not repeat.

          Today I noticed this website https://taqeunik.com/ selling counterfeit fake sony and other products. My friend ordered headphones and he said you too buy from this website, they are very low cost. After sometime I noticed this website is fake and I made him to cancel the order.
          When I searched domain of this address, it is created on[protected] and registered from India, Delhi.
          Sony please take strict action.

            Sony tv hdmi port and remote not working
            Sony India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I have purchased Sony tv model no KD43X8000G on 14 th August 2020. Now all HDMI ports are not working and remote is not working

              Sony India[protected] service request pending since 29 Jul 2021.

              Complaint pending for last 10 days, no one has called till date to atleast ask us what has happened.

              How rediculous !

              And then they r offering me a replacement with a meagre 25% discount, just to tie me up with a new faulty tv which vl again land me in same situation after expiry of warranty, compelling me to post against Sony on social media

              Same issue with my 49 inches TV LCD panel, was getting horizontal line few days and now complete blank.
              Just to inform you here, I got a link where sony repair panal for same cause .

              I would request SONY must offer customer 75%, because the issue with panel not due to us(customer) and panal should be the most strongest part since it's costlier part.

              SINCE we trusted sony and even we have issue with our existing one still I am thinking to buy Sony television only.

              Hope sony india will analyze and will give us beat solution which is good for customer and company. Iroe

                I had subscribed (for period 8Aug2020-7Aug2021) for sony liv premium membership on the app and paid for the same through credit card account. I subscribed only for one year and i didn't know that they will also deduct money for the next year without my consent. I received a message today stating that my membership is renewed and money has been deducted from my credit card today. Now money has been deducted from my credit card account without my permission for one more year's subscription which I did not want to renew. I have sent an email to the customer support of sonyliv to which i requested for my unsubscription but there is no response yet. An amount of 999 is deducted from my credit card account illegally.

                Please help on this.

                  I ordered Sony KLV-40R352F TV from Amazon for my parents on 6th August 2020 and received faulty manufactured TV with big black spots on the screen (clearly visible). Parents raised a complaint within 15 days of receiving the product in Sony customer care and they fooled my parents with a lame excuse that Amazon fire stick is faulty and not the TV. With time big black spots covered most of the screen and I am sure that the TV will be dead in next few months. One year warranty is about to expire and Sony customer care service is calling to extend the warranty on 5K price lol.

                  Sony customer care didn't resolved the issue and my parents got cheated by Sony and it's customer service.

                  Requesting Help to recover 30, 000 rs or TV.

                        I M Mohammad Azam Khan I M Using Only Sony Brand In TV And Music System, I Had A Sony KD-43 X 8300D, I had Purchase The TV in 2016, And in 2017 Display Was Damage By Kids, I had Replace The Display From Sony service Centre, And Now in This Year 2021 My Tv Display 4 Horizontal Line in panel, My Job Sheet no is J11031766 Date[protected], And Ull are Not Having The Panel To Change If Youll Are Not Having the panel So There Is No Used Of Such Expensive Tv, and Still Now ull Had Not Arrange The Panel Almost 45 Days Had Completed And The Tv Is Also Along With Youll, Kindly Arrange The Panel And Do The Need As Soon As Possible

                            I bought a 55 inch 4k LED TV from Amazon. And I raised a request for installation on 29 July 2021. Two technicians called and cancelled saying that my address is not under their area.
                            Tried calling the service center PRANANK ELECTRONICS in KPHB, HYDERABAD, no answer to my calls.
                            I've been waiting from a week to get my TV installed.

                                A straight line appears in the middle of led last time same problem occured in the same led.

                                    1) Complaint - no picture display - Repaired on 06/08/2019 vide job No. J91470103. Replaced logic board and mother board amount paid to M/s Raja Electronics, Camp, Pune. Rs. 16, 708/-.

                                    2) Again no picture display- given an estimate of Rs. 28000/- (approx.)
                                    Not happy with the product. Why Sony quality has deteriorated ?

                                      I bought a Sony KD43X700E 43 inch model from 2 and half years back from UAE. Two months before the TV started to appearing vertical lines on the screen. I conducted the customer care for fixing the same.

                                      These people were ask me about 17500/- for changing the panel . even the model as too much expensive ( bought if for around 50 K Indian money). But I was ready to pay the money to fix it and I ask them for assurance for 1 year (Not even a warranty), But these people were not confident to give such assurance.

                                      I trusted sony model since my child hood as this reason I went for your brand even it was expensive, But I am sorry to say that I lost the confidence on your brand & I regret to inform you that I am planning to dump the TV and decide to go with some local brand.

                                        I bought Sony Bravia LED TV 55 inch model 2 years ago. Suddenly it started to display vertical lines. Contacted sony service and they say panel need to be changed which will cost 26400 INR/-. This is already expensive model and again I am being asked to spend big amount for repair. I trusted Sony brand but now regret buying this model. Not sure if repairing panel is worth it.
