    I have orderd a wireless bluetooth waterproof extra bass speaker with airpods pro combo on 13th may 2020.. Bt till now m not getting the product. Plz i[censored] cannot deliver the product then return the money... Its cross 1 month..

            Dear sir,
            The undermentioned sony tv was purchased on 22/10/2018 bearing invoice serial no. B3/18-19/18/1918 from national electronics shop, ranchi, under 03 years warranty period valid from 26 oct'2018 to 25 oct'2021 from cpp asset secure through bajaj allianz.
            Product's detail as follows :
            Sony tv led
            Model no. Kd-43x7002f ins 18948411
            Serial no. 8003057
            Invoice no. 1918
            Bfl lan no. 594bew91846617

            My cpp asset secure membership no. Is ac1850344 dt. 31/10/2018.
            Once the tv was suddenly got off in nov'2019 and was repaired by the authorised agency thru bajaj allianz in dec'2019 by replacing the mother board.
            Now again the same problem was occurred in mid mar'2020 when suddenly the tv got off and immediately a complaint was lodged in national electronics shop, ranchi, in mar'2020 and a delayed request id 59988974 was allotted by qp-sonycc on 20/05/2020 due to lockdown all over nation (Well understood).
            Now the problem and harassment starts from here on, that one after another reminder goes from our side to bajaj allianz then further to sony services, hinoo, ranchi, and response from them is very confusing.
            They sent sms that repair is on then again sms received that inspection will be done, whereas inspection was already carried out and visiting engineer assessed every due thing and assured that within 3 to 4 days it will be repaired, but not done.
            Again one miss sabina told alongwith a sms that sony services, hinoo, ranchi, is allotted with the job to be carried out, hence call mr. Nitish singh from sony services.
            While contacted mr, nitish singh, he assured that within 02 days work will be done but nothing done yet.
            Now mr. Nitish singh neither picks up the phone nor replies any of my messages and same with miss sabina now.
            Both are absconded from the scene now and we found ourselves as cheated nicely by sony india limited.
            05 days back miss sabina arranged a bogus conference call saying that spare parts is released from delhi and due to courier problem it will take around a week, so talk to person from delhi. When i asked the connected person that from where you are calling, then he said from patna.
            I asked him to give me the tracking no. Of courier service but he refused telling we don't have that tracking number.
            So after a lot many harassment days and moments, i am compelled and bound to write a complaint against sony services and related persons.
            Kindly look into it at the earliest otherwise i have no other option left other then to register my case with consumer court.
            My point is :
            1) once repaired in dec'2019 why it happened again within a span of short period?
            2) and if problem is persisting then why can't you replace it with a new one?

            Therefore, you are requested to do the necessary at the earliest.

                  I bought new tv on 11.03.2019 but it is stop working. We have made complaint & executive visited & after checking it is observed that mother board & other parts are not working & to be carried at service centre. My question is how a new branded tv could not perform in a year. I think it must be replaced or we must stop buying sony products in future.

                    Sony liv premier membership was subscribed for one year through credit card. The comapany unethically saved the credit card details and used them to renew the subscription on 7th june 2020. When the sms was on 7th jun 20 at 21:43 hrs, i was shocked and immediately mailed to customer support for cancellation and refund. The company was promt to cancel my membership and i received the sms at 11:15 pm on 7th jun itself but company advised me to enjoy watching premium content till 7th jun 2021. The company is silent on the issue o[censored]nethical saving of credit card details and its unauthorised use.
                    I again mailed my concern on 8th jun. The company is not responding.
                    Saving of credit card details and its unauthorised use can lead to major frauds. Subscription id 70xxxxxx68.

                      I had purchased sony kd-43x7500e two years back. Now screen appearing with horizontal line and when i contact sony quoting me 14000 rupees charge for repair (Saying part to be replaced). Display is the main content in tv that’s the reason i choose sony but sony is saying no guarantee on electronic components, may lead to defective any time or next minute after warranty.
                      I agree too on no guarantee on electronic products may spoil any time but not with in short period that too an international brand company. Also sony doesn’t have answers to customer queries except saying warranty expired and i strongly object this is just fraudulent manufacture assembled with cheap electronic components and high cost selling price by tagging sony brand name

                        Bravia 65kda1 oled - screen requires a change in 2 and 1/2 years.
                        Screen cost almost 1 lakh.

                        Life time of oled screen - unknown
                        Warranty on new screen - 1 year

                        How ling will new screen work? Nobody knows.
                        Is it worth changing the screen as in same cost you can get a new 4k tv

                        Sony has been quiet about this
                        But request buyers to please check validity od oled before purchase.

                        Complaint raised with sony and will follow up.

                          I have purchased sony 43 inch tv on jan 2018. I am facing the continuous defect in product within 2years 4months. I am really not happy on this product since i have purchased by amount 60k for this tv. Really not worth to buy sony products and disappointed on the tv issues.

                          Today i have suprised that horizontal lines is showing in tv display. I have removed the cables and done factory reset. Also updated the software but still the same line is showing in the display

                          Sony are cheaters. Actually they should be shut down by now. They are selling duplicate TV'S.

                                    I am 70 years old. I watch only "mere sai" program broadcast by Sony Liv. I watch it through the Amazon Fire stick rather late in the night on Sony Liv. However the program has been updated on your site only till Feb end. I am unable to see the prgram from 1st March onwards. I had complained before but got a reply that it will be updated shortly but no action has been taken

                                      I had purchased this on 12th oct 2019. It was installed in november and i shifted to this new home in january. The tv stopped working and a complaint was made to sony care and kohinoor. Due to the lockdown the complaint has not been attended. A few days back the sony technician visited and said the motherboard is not functioning. I told him i don't want to repair. I need a new piece as this is proven defective.
