After 2yrs of purchase, our sony bravia led 24 inch tv went for repairs.
We gave it to telecare pune, kothrud pune, sony service center.
They told us that the led panel had to be replaced and gave us an estimate of around inr 5000/- for repairs.
After 1 week, i called them to check status and they said that the panel hasn't been received by them from the company.
After another 1week i called them and they tell me that the company is not sending the panel for some reason. they suggested me an alternative solution to buy a new tv at 75% of the original cost.
They asked me to email the original receipt to an email: [protected]@telecarepune.in
I chose to take back my tv instead. now, after 2weeks i am sitting with a bad tv and no immediate solution in sight.
Highly unsatisfactory service by sony and it's service center.
