Sooriya Hospital — refund of money

Patient was discharge on 12/02/2018 still refund was not (Surya take advance of 10% if payment through tpa), they claim that refund will be done in 45days, till today waiting for payment., almost 10 reminder still waiting for my money.

Again when payment is done directly by card without tpa, still surya charged extra amount and not refund my money even after so many reminder
