I have booked a trip to turkey with SOTC for 8 days. My sales person was Mr. Mohit from Delhi CP office Branch. At the time of booking he made false commitments about hotel he has shown me a list of 5 star hotels and ask me choose any hotels from the given list. Once I made a 50% payment, he changed his tone and also denied the commitments which he made during sale of package. He said there is no preferences, hotels will be booked by third party agencies and we have no right to choose and today exactly 6 days before the trip when he asked me to make a pending 50% amount. I asked him to tell me the hotels names first which you have booked for us because i want to check if the hotels are not from the list which you have provided me earlier or not. He said I cannot disclose you the name of the hotel its against the company’s policy. I don’t know what sort of policy is this. Whether this policy actually exist or not. Its my trip I am paying for the service I should be aware about the stay because I cannot compromise on hotels and its just 6 days left still I am not aware about my hotel names. I don’t know whether I am going on a surprise trip or a planned trip.
My request to the company is to take a appropriate action against this sales person and teach him with some sessions of how to deal with customers.
