I booked a singapore tour through sotc. They had booked a very very very bad hotel property for us, which saw before handed and notified the same to them and asked them to change it immediately. The service team of sotc said that they will change it. When we got a final tockets and confirmation details it was the same garbage hotel property “cherry loft “ in singapore. They assured that it was a good hotel and if encounted any problem they will look after it.
When we reached the property, our check in time was different so we had to pay $60 singapore dollar for early check in.
There were cockroaches and mosquitoes in the room. A triple bedroom was a complete joke. The breakfast they served was absolutely ridiculous and never enough for the people staying there. And we were about to check out they made some false accusations and asked us to pay $20. Then the shameless, ungrateful, abusing hotel owner abused my family because we were not paying them the unnecessary charged money. And there is much more...
