SOTC — Shivajinagar - Pune Office has still not paid the money even after 8 months

‘sotc – shivajinagar, pune’ office arranged a ‘customized tour’ to kashmir (4 april 22 to 10 april 22) for six o[censored]s (3 couples) - all senior citizens.
Pre-paid connections of any company – be it jio, airtel, bsnl etc. Don’t work in kashmir. Sotc (Intentionally?) kept us in dark about this while booking the tour. Fortunately, one o[censored]s had a post-paid connection. It was just a five-day trip (Excluding to / fro journey). But, sotc created chaos for us every day because of their miscommunication. At each hotel, we had to tell the hotel manager that we have a reservation at the hotel. Every time we had to call sotc-pune office and seek their help in such situations.
Sotc did not pay for a local tour at pahalgam promised to us. Mr. Abhishek from sotc-pune office (Who booked our tour) requested us to shell out rs 2500 per couple (Total of rs 7500) and take the tour. We had no option but to pay from our pocket and take a local tour in pahalgam.
After returning from the trip, i made multiple calls to mr. Abhishek asking for the money. To date, he hasn’t done anything besides giving false promises. The tour was very much part of the itinerary. Still, sotc / mr. Abhishek is avoiding to pay the money.
