South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Complaint against SBSTC bus crew for misbehavior and unauthorized dropping

To the authorities,
I am writing to formally complain against the crew (driver and conductor) of the SBSTC bus running from Durgapur to Habra, which I boarded today around 2:45 PM.

Despite my repeated requests to drop me at Gate No. 1, the driver deliberately ignored them and stopped the bus near the Habra Police Station instead. When I questioned this, both the driver and conductor started shouting at me aggressively. Furthermore, an unauthorized person accompanying the conductor joined in to harass and intimidate me, making derogatory remarks.

This unprofessional conduct, misbehavior, and intimidation by public transport staff is completely intolerable. I request strict disciplinary action against the crew involved.
