South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Extra charges paid | |||
I booked my seat online on sbstc from kolkata to arambagh. My journey date - 22.07.2020 and time -7.30 am. Though i booked online for non stop sbstc bus service on 22.07.2020 at 7.30 am but to my utter surprise when i reached the bus terminus to start my journey i was informed that the non stop service has been discontinued suddenly without even updating the website and informing passengers. I have paid rs 85/- for non stop journey but i was provided an all stop bus service from kolkata to arambagh which cost rs 65/-. Even when i boarded the bus the concerned seat no 11 which i booked online was not provided to me stating that on all stop bus service there is no alloted/booked seat. I request you to kindly reimburse the extra charge of rs 20/- (85-65) which i have paid as soon as possible. Please also note that this kind of sudden change /downgradation of service is highly unwelcome since i was unable to comply with time and also i was denied my preferred advance booked seat no. 11.
