South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — money deducted but ticket not generated | |||
Hi all I was trying to book 2 seats from suri to kolkata 3.30 pm sbstc bus for 16.12.2018 and after deduction of money the ticket was not generated. This happened 2 times (For seat no 29, 30 and then for 22 and 23). Thereafter i also went to ticket counter and ask whether any of the seats were booked or not. But the guy from counter told that ticket is not booked/confirmed. We then again paid the amount to book 2 seats from counter. Total amount deducted is 380 (2 seats) * 2 = 760 inr. I have already launched complain. Kindly refund this amount. Was this information helpful? | |||
