South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — non availability of seat in spite of online booking | |||
Today my daughter riankka thakur was travelling with valid ticket no l[protected] in bankura karunamoyee sbstc bus departure timing from bankura at 05:40 hrs. She got no seat from borjora & had to go standing up to durgapur. She asked the conductor for help but he didn't rather he was busy with money collection from local passengers where as far as i know there is no valid tickets in between that's why i have to purchase ticket giving extra fare from bankura in stead of borjora. I want solution at the earliest as well as return feedback otherwise i have to knock the door of consumer forum. Hope u pl will take the complain & do the needful for future harassment of valid ticket holders. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |||

I have not yet received sms of my purchased online ticket in my registrar mobile no [protected]. Though I have paid the amount..ref.no 12985516 and ticket no. L[protected]..from Burdwan to Karunamoyee time 9:30 am..please arrange to send the sms.. Banabir Ghose.. [protected]@gmail.com .. ticket purchased on 20/06/18..

The guy named babloo who sit in the karunamoyee counter... is extremely difficult to handle. He misbehaved very badly with me today when I was enquiring on a booking. I want a strong action to be taken against him. I have seen him sarcastic with many people. He needs to be stopped now
