On 19/01/2018 Friday at 4:15 pm I booked two numbers of tickets via sbstc app from Haldia to Kolkata (Esplanade), sit number 37, 38. I was paid by my debit card .after confirming the transaction I get a OTP and continue my transaction. and after that I also get a message about my transaction that amount was deducted from my account of SBI bank. But i did not get my tickets.my transaction Id is SBSTC TXN#[protected] Deducted amount 190₹. Was this information helpful? | |||
