Sir/madam On august 10, 2019 i bought a book set (Bus no. & name : garia - digha, ticket no. O[protected]) To my dismay, i have not received good condition set and have instead, received the broken set. I am highly disappointed. To resolve the problem, i would appreciate it if you could replace the broken set with the one new seat. Please let me know as soon as possible what action you propose to take. I look forward to hearing from you within the next ten days. I look forward to your reply and a resolution to my problem and will wait until the aforementioned time before seeking help from a consumer protection agency.
