South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — Refund not processed for cancelled bus

I booked couple of tickets for SBSTC volvo bus from Karunamoyee to Digha dated 26/09/2025, starting at 7 am in the morning. But when we reached Karunamoyee that day, we have been told the bus was cancelled. I have been trying to reach out for refund even since, I have sent multiple mails to [protected]@gmail.com, sometimes they simply ignored the mails without any response, sometimes they simply responded saying 'under process'(SBSTCE1563) even after 2 months of the event. I called the control room phone number too, they provided a personal number who again provided some other personal number to follow up, but nothing moved after those calls.
