Sir/mam, on march 25th I am trying to book my tickets online from burdwan to kolkata for 28th march on 9am sbstc bus but during payment each times transaction failed and their as charging from my account of Rs 85 as i tried for 2nd time at that time also same thing happened. After the failure of transaction i m till waiting for my money refund but till no action has been taken.
