South Bengal State Transport Corporation [SBSTC] — ticket refund issue | |||||
I booked two tickets on 29th sep from SBSTC online booking site.The amount was 360 rs.I was booking ticket for the journey of karunamoyee to asansol. My money got deducted but the ticket was not booked.Till now i have not got my refund after several followups and complain on SBSTC helpline. More than two months over but they have not yet refunded. When I am supposed to get my refund.Customer care executive is still saying it will take time.Request you to help me out in this matter. Was this information helpful? | |||||
