I booked a ticket NONSTOP FROM KOLKATA TO ARAMBAG ON 6TH MAY 2021. And its confermed but when i go for journey on 7th may 2021 6:30 am. One of passenger said that he has also booked with the same number of seat no 24.we both go to counter but counter confermed that his ticket is valid BOOKED FROM REDBUS. But i booked from SBSTC ONLINE my ticket is not valid. Asked my to REPURCHASE another ticket. How can it possible.Now i want my money back... And please look into the matter how can you issue two ticket for one seat. And why are you given pririoty REDBUS from your own website SBSTC. I ATTACHED MY BOOKING HISTORY AND CONFERMED TICKET.
