South Bihar Power Distribution Company [SBPDCL] — New Meter Connection Request not attended from 5 months

I have applied for a new connection in Usman Nagar, Phulwari sharief, Patna on 4th March 2021 online through SBPDL Website having reference no: [protected]. Within 10 days of Application they have completed the steps till document verification.
after that i tried calling JE more than 100 times, most of the times he never picks up the call. if he pics ups then answer will be I will send someone for survey.

One day a person name jiternder came for survey and I paid him bribe also of Rs.500/- to expedite the process but after that the guy stopped picking up the phone calls.

Till now nothing has happened and my construction works is about to complete now.

Need you support to escalate the matter to higher authorities and also need officers email id to escalate further through my email id.
