South Indian Bank [Sib] — booked ticket.cash was gone. but no ticket because of payment issue | |||
I used my debit card to book a ticket from cleartrip.Com. And the payment has benn done, and the amount has been deducted from my account. But i didnt get my ticket, so i call the cleartrip and complained. They said that they didnt recieve the payment thats why the ticket was not ready. They said that there is some problem with the gateway. Kindly look into this matter. My number is told as invalid while trying to login into sib mirror. But my number is valid as I'm currently using it. This creates a huge amount of inconvenience as we are unable to check balance or transfer information. Please make sure to look into the problem so as to ensure it does not occur to other customer as well. Thank you.
