South Madras Gas Agency — collection charges of 150/-for replacing defective rubber bush

The gas cylinder under issue was delivered on 02/11/2017 on my booking. It was checked by the delivery person regarding the presence of rubber bush in it and found to be alright. But today when it was taken for use, the gas was leaking. The agency concerned was informed of the fault and requested to depute a mechanic to set it right. They mechanic replaced the old bush by a new one and produced a bill for rent.150/-. This is not my fault though, the payment was insisted to be paid. I paid it with no other alternative left. This is too much
