[Resolved] South Madras Gas Agency — Delay in refill supply | |
Dear Sir/ Madam, My consumer no. 73296 - South Madras gas agency, RA puram, Chennai-600028 I have booked for supply of refill on 14/7/2009. Till date, I have not recd the cylinder. I have called 5 times, visited their office twice. Each time, they say whatever they feel like- 1 day, 1week, 2days and soon. I went there to give a complaint to the superior. But there is nobody in a responsible position to answer. There is no remorse and the staff are very rude. Each time I end up shouting, but of no avail. Something is going on. I request you to please look into the matter. Anytime now, my cylinder will be over. I dont know what I should do to get my cylinder. Your quick response will be appreciated. I agree to this complaint. Now the delay is more than 15 days. Someone has to take a serious look in to this issue for the consumers sake.

ONE OF THE WORST KIND,
The So Called Staff Think They are Govt Employees, Highly lethargic, Casual in Duty, Ruthless.. ..
I had applied for my new connection on 25.09.09, The staff at the RA puram branch told me that i would receive a card from their office with in 10 days, and that it should be submitted along with the affidavit for my connection. It 03.11.09, and still i haven't received my card.. I went in person to check regarding the same.. at 3:05 PM.. the staff especially the LADIES STAFF THERE are chatting but were not ready to receive my documents..IS the distributor running a club or an agency.??. i really doubt.. They ask me to come the next day by 10 AM.. Being a working woman i cannot afford to take a whole day leave for this.. already i had taken 3 days of permission to enquire abt my connection..ARE WE THE CUSTOMERS JOBLESS?????
To the owner of the SOUTH MADRAS GAS AGENCY:
CHECK ALL UR STAFF OUT AND REPLACE DEDICATED ONES FOR UR BETTERMENT..
ELSE CANCEL YOUR FRANCHISEE WITH Indane Oil...

i am new to chennai, i was suggested by my neighbours to book my cylinder with SOUTH MADRAS GAS AGENCY..
i had applied for my connection and was told that it would take little time since there is no supply of gas.. i waited waited waited for 5 long months just with regrets.. wasted many days with no proper response from the staff..
hell with them
thank God i switched over to Bharat gas
