Southern Railway — Booking clerk asking unwanted proofs to reservation and making to wait the passenger

I am a railway employee. my aunty is a cancer patient. she is resident of chennai. she is taking treatment at meenakshi mission hospital in madurai. my uncle on 3.11.2016 thursday midday went to reserve ticket at madurai railway station booking counter for return journey. One booking clerk asked my aunty that means patient id proof. without proof of my aunty my uncle has been waited for one hour near the counter. clerk also told not to come to booking the tickets. at last most requested to the clerk and supervisor of booking room he got the ticket. my request is that clerk asked unwanted things must be punished and we demand a explanation
