Southern Railway — Charging passengers for fault of railway | |
Today five adulys and two children reached tvpm railway station to travel as already booked.. We came to know that train is late by 2 hrs. So we checked in to the waiting room after paying rs10 per adult. After 2 hours we got to know that the train is being further delayed. We were asked to pay further 10 per person to continue using the waiting room. We are being charged again and again for a reason railway is mresponsible. I feel this is gross injustice shown to passengers. Please look into the matter. Was this information helpful? | |
