Madam/sir, 1 for nearly a month lift is not working (Towards velachery). Don't know whom to contact. If we ask in ticket counter they are asking to contact engineering department. Is it passengers duty to do this!? It is very difficult to climb stairs in the morning. 2. Escalators are not working for nearly or more than a year. They are not fixed. The new one is in the railway station for many days. When will be the work completed? 3. Many passengers are sitting in the train entrances comfortably even in rush hours. There is no much space in Palakkad express from Chennai to Palakkad since the train uses unique route we need to focus more on this train. Nearly 400- 600 people are traveling in general compartments alone.kindly consider this as a serious complaint from people around Salem, Namakkal, Karur and dindukkal.
