In arrakonam station ticket counter staff dont know how to behave with customers. They are thinking that they are doing the job for free. If change is not there then they must convey it in a proper manner but that # staff abused me and made fin of me.

So as a often commuter i request you to take stringent action against the staff

I dont know the staff name but i will give the following details

At the entrance of chennai central railway station... There is a pay and use toilets.. They are charging more than the nominal rates.. They are behaving in a rude manner.. They are charging ₹5 for urinals, ₹10for lavetry ₹30 for bathing
Tirupur railway station parking charges 15rs for 12hrs
