Hi, Today i booked my active scooter in trivandrum railway parcel service to trichy. Am very happy after seeing the cost for parcel charges, it's just 720rs. But unfortunately got shocked to see the parcel charge (500rs). Even the worst part is he threatened to offer the amount and he is not ready for negotiations. Am really worried such kind impediment in public service. My pwb no is 301734. Request the right authority to take stringent action on this case. Thanks in advance.
